Science North
Internationally renowned for its personal approach to science education and its friendly resident Bluecoats, the Science Centre is filled with fun and imagination. Get up close to a porcupine, a beaver and flying squirrels, build a robot in the LEGO® Mindstorms Robotics Lab, take off and land in a floatplane flight simulator and walk amidst hundreds of free-flying tropical butterflies in the F. Jean MacLeod Butterfly Gallery. Fly like the wind in Wings Over the North: A 4D Bush Plane Adventure, a 3D film with special effects seating. Hang on tight while you take a thrilling Virtual Voyage ride. Science North features new special exhibits twice a year, and an IMAX® theatre.
